1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perkins Commercial And Residential Care Service LLC concerning your access to and use of our website and service request system.

2. Services

We provide general contractor and handyman services including drywall repair, painting, pressure washing, TV mounting, lawn care, and general property maintenance. All services are performed in accordance with Georgia state regulations for handyman operations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotes are provided upfront before any work begins. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work discovered during the project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
